Project Overview

Salesforce and Cisco teamed up a few years back to envision what the future of Cisco Support & Services could look like on the Salesforce platform. Out of that engagement, a new north star for Cisco’s Support Engineers came to life. About 2 years into the implementation of that vision I was brought on board and embedded with Cisco’s Service Console product team to serve as the UX Designer and delivery lead for the program.
